Covered settlement
Treasury
Rewards can be promised only after the matching asset is held. Every eligible verifier-accepted run maps to one covered NVIDIA reward reserve.
One reserve.
NVDA rewards.
NVDA is the only planned runner reward. Every eligible verifier-accepted run maps to the same funded NVDA reserve regardless of the GPU vendor reported by the browser.
Robinhood Chain Blockscout01 / Governor
Liabilities follow solvency.
The proposed governor compares NVDA liabilities with the available reserve value. It targets no more than 3% of treasury value per day, limits rate movement to 2x per settlement, and never authorizes more raw units than the reserve covers.
$0.10 + $0.0009 / verified VCU
The nominal rate is multiplied by the active pass tier and treasury governor, then converted into NVDA units. Browser-reported local units are not reward VCUs.
Six-hour settlement windows
One voucher per wallet and epoch aggregates accepted work. The Robinhood Chain claim contract must reject duplicate redemption.
02 / Settlement
Close only when covered.
The settler freezes verified runs, maps every eligible run to NVDA, proves the NVDA reserve covers the full liability, and commits a reproducible Merkle root before claims open.

Every reserve movement.
Deposits and distributions will be indexed from disclosed Robinhood Chain transactions. The interface stays at zero until real reserve events exist.
Settlement architecture
Verified work is grouped by wallet into NVDA liabilities. Each epoch commits a manifest digest and Merkle root only after its NVDA liability is covered. Claim receipts prevent a wallet from redeeming the same allocation twice.
